How to use microscope?

Place the microscope on a flat surface and turn on the light. Put your prepared slide on the stage and secure it with clips. Start with the lowest objective lens (4x or 10x). Look through the eyepiece and use the coarse focus knob to bring the specimen into view. Once it’s clear, switch to a higher magnification if needed and use the fine focus knob for sharp details.
